Everybody likes ‘new beginnings’, fresh starts! Having said that, I also believe in continuity and faith-fullness to the task at hand or, in the way I sign off my letters – ‘Pressing On’. There is much value in ‘positive, forward thinking’.

The role and participation of women in the early Christian church, especially in the primitive Christianity from the New Testament time with special reference to Paul. The early Christian community was neither unreservedly patriarchal nor firmly feminist in its orientation and view on women and their roles, but rather charted a middle course which entails a reforming of the predominantly patriarchal framework of the new religious roles and functions for women.
